Refund policy

RETURNS:

Only product that was shipped  incorrectly can be returned after an evaluation of the order. If accepted, the box must be returned completely unopened, in it's original condition. 

Due to food & beverage packaging, and Covid-19 safety regulations, no returns can be accepted unless special circumstances exist, i.e., you received the wrong size on your order. We thank you for your understanding, and work to ensure you are always satisfied with your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
No exchanges will be honored unless you were shipped the wrong size.
